Was going to do it but as I can't ride at the moment I think it might be unwise to do it with no riding in the month running up to it.

I would love to but riding the three peaks cyclocross, this and the BB200 on consecutive weekends will be a bit much. Both in terms of demands on me and no way going to get a pass-out from home!

Is there an updated GPX for the route or is it the same as last year?

Markus posted on the Facebook Capital Trail group a little while ago. He wanted to change the route into Edinburgh and through the estate that leads to the Three Brethren climb but he is injured at the moment. He contacted the estate and that is staying the same for this year. He hopes to ride the route into Edinburgh later this week and will send out the gpx to entrants on Friday. The route will only be made public after the event.

I had hoped to do it Ray but I have other plans later on Saturday that I can't get out of. 7 is quite early but I'll come and wave you off if I can get through in time.
