Bio Ethanol

Post by Chew »

Went to by some Meths today but the usual stores in town have switched over to selling Bio Ethanol.

Is it as good, or some i try and track down some of the old stuff?

I shall have stocks of meths at the start of the WRT if anyone doesn't have any / forgets to bring some.

I've been using bio ethanol for ages, no issues, burns a bit more violently than normal method but cooks just as quick, it was something like a fiver for 2l so I would definitely buy it again

Stu - I'll probably need some meths - my usual shop is only selling the bio stuff ATM and I don't think I'll have time to run around looking elsewhere

Are you doing the bigger ones on special too? Consider this registering interest. :-bd

That's right Steve, a special WRT deal ... all 8g and 22g stoves £15.

I'll also have poles, UL guy-lines, fuel bottles, the rare 0.3mm windshield material (some 0.2mm too) and MYOG cosy kits.

No, that'd be a special Steve ... obviously it'll look the same as what's there only longer, so it'll give you some idea.
