I'm gutted as I have a prior committent that means I'm not going to be able to make it. Or at least, if I did it would be the most expensive event ever as I'd be prepping for divorce straight afterward.
I know I could do it on a different weekend, but it's obviously not the same (as evident from last year). Still... good luck to everyone else, plenty of time to get training ready for it!
Normally in an odd numbered year I've a prior event that clashes with the BB200/300 so I have to miss out but this means I can do both (the prior event and the BB, not the BB200 and the BB300, that would be silly).
Better weight than wisdom, a traveller cannot carry
Sorry for the post resurrection, but hoping I can have another crack at the BB200. So far my only event that I've entered and loved it. Is there a time that entries open on the 1st?
Are previous BB routes archived somewhere? I know there’s one on bikepacking.com based on a previous route (2017?) but I do enjoy studying routes and working out how much fitter/madder/less soft I would have to get in order to have a crack one day.
Entries will open at NOON ON THURSDAY ... I figure that gives everyone a reasonable chance of harbouring deep regret come October. Also, don't forget that if you'd like a T shirt to remember your lost weekend by, order at the same time as you enter ... I feel this years design reflects the fact that you'll have no idea what's round the corner
Stu, can you give a rough idea of the general location - south or north wales? Just trying to decide if I can drive down there in an evening before I commit (or try to commit....)

Direction won't matter Phil as start / finish (and obviously parking) is mid-Wales. Our postcode will give you a idea - SY19 7BH
