iv had a split for a while near the nose. got worse last week. all the tension went from the saddle. i was sitting on the rails. i phoned Brooks who said send it back and they make it as good as new . no charge. best saddle iv ever had.

from what iv read and the pics iv seen im really looking forward to being there. im taking the train . euro star and tgv to turin. im booked in at the tomato hostel . time wise, 7days ish just going to enjoy every momment.

Yes i agree with all thats said about eurostar and tgv. My bike has S&s couplers so will be broken down . il rebuild in turin. The box il post on to avignon . thats my end destination. The wife will be there hopefully with a cold beer.

I like to think of the setup as a flow of water. To keep most Garmins sweet, you need an uniterrupted flow of power, direct power from a dynamo will only work whilst you are moving, in most cases over about 8mph. The B+M USB Werk AC to USB converter has a small battery built in so it will keep a garmin off that annoying 'power lost' message during brief stops or slow climbs. ~£50. Mine's been great.
