Barring a couple of really hot days last summer where I just held a water bottle in my hands I've only taken water on my last 3 long training runs (well 20km+, so long for me) - enough to know that a) I was taking too much and b) the pack / bladder combo really moved around to the extent the strap ...

i waste so much time thinking which hobby i want to do half a day is wasted, so i try and cram as many things into the remaining time left and still don't get to do everything.

Should be able to make it, the horns pub has changed hands and is doing very well on the food front now so think we would have to book up, I will check it out, then there's the barley mow at Milford used to do nice food, or over gentleshaw way
