Luggage for little 'uns.

Post by Bearbonesnorm »

I'm sure some of you will have already stumbled across Triglav and their luggage designed for kids but I'm also sure some of you won't. This is the Packman Junior front harness, it costs £18 and features pockets for your banana and catapult (or other important items).

Website's still under construction but they can be contacted through FB - https://www.facebook.com/triglav.bikepacking/?fref=ts

EDIT:
Gregory from Triglav has just asked if I'd add something to say that, they also produce Packmans and under-seat bags for larger individuals which have seen active service in Scotland, Romania and the Himalayas amongst other places. They've been at it since 2012 and the new website will be along in Feb.
May the bridges you burn light your way

Stuff looks good. I've been recently looking at what my lad can squeeze under his 20" Isla Beinn

They look neat

On our last trip I was going to sling a dry bag on my daughter's bars in an effort to get her to carry some of her own kit but in the end I decided against it.

Instead she used a more traditional small bar bag.

Gave her some space to carry all the things that are important to an 8 year old (teddy, sweeties, notebook, pencils, etc), easy to get at and easy to remove from her bike

One thing I've noticed when she gets tired and is carrying weight on the bars is it can make her wobbly and prone to crashing.
