As soon as Chris Akrigg started appearing on the interblurps I enjoyed his videos more than MacAskills. More fluidity, more biking, less trial. Skill wise, well they both have their place but what Danny has displayed in Imaginate has blown my mind. Yet I still missed him kicking it off in the mountains.

S' alright ... but having witnessed Fantastic MrMatt bunnyhop a puddle on the disused railway line south of Barmouth, this leaves me a bit cold. Adding great scenery and superb camera work shouldn't be a substitute for the riders skill ... trust me when I say, you'll know when you've been in the presence of a truely gifted rider.

It's definitely better than that crap his did at the playboy mansion. When I saw that, I decided I'd had enough of him. Too much product placement, too cheesy, too misogynistic. But this goes some way to redeeming him. Some way. At least he's not just jumping off things and doing a 360, again and again.

Chris Akrigg is way better, and fun.

Just watched this for the second time.

Skye and Cuillin just look amazing. The editing and shooting is beautiful and music really works without being twee. I know Akrigg is prob a bit smoother at this sort of stuff. but as a bike video one of the best i have seen.

I like videos that are short and fun. Can't be doing with hour long canadian freeride vids with someone drawling about their philosophy of it all then doing endless jumps off log structures.

I never bothered to watch the playboy video from Danny Mac, i knew everything i needed to know from the comments about it.

was on Skye when it was released last week, fair to say that the locals were very excited by what their boy had done
