Format doesn't work on an iPad, pictures and text go all peculiar

Is it temporary or will I need to go on via a PC?

Likewise. Ipad 2/3(?) last one before the air and IOS8.

iPad3 with, I think iOS 5 or 6 is all squiffy

Samsung Galaxy with 4.4 works fine in both Samsung & Chrome browsers.

Thank you all ... adjustments are being made. Trying to get something responsive across all platforms is a real PITA.
