Brecon Beacons route please.

Hi all

New member here.

I have foolishly entered the BB200 and am starting to get the feeling of impending doom! Does anyone have a one night / two day GPX route for the Brecon Beacons with the option of a B&B or pub in the middle please (pretty soft I know). I don't have a smart phone and am keen to get some practice "following the line" on my new Etrex 30.
