Loads of potential I think. Not sure why the Fortitude idea was split over 3 frames with different braze-ons etc, this looks like a much wider-appealing bike. Takes an FD too I guess.

Don't think they sold very well so good on them for having another go .
Surly it cannot be a massive market for that sort of bike in uk
Last week the consensus was Bikepacking was about to explode in popularity. I think this is perhaps a reflection of people being realistic about their bikes. Maybe most people don't really need an all out xc racer (1991-1998) or an all out freeride/all mountain/over mountain/wombling free full susser (1999 to date)? Bikes just for, err, riding!
Having had a Fortitude Race for a year now, I have to say I think it is ace! I have used it on the BB200, There 'n' Back and WRT. 1x10 SLX and XT. Brilliant bike.
The only thing I am thinking of changing is maybe trying a pair of Jones loop bars. Having said that, I see Genesis are going to be bringing out their own "alt" bars, so I may wait to see those first.
I was very disappointed that Genesis stopped making the Fortitude, so it is nice to see what looks like a very worthy successor in the Longitude.
