I'm just putting together a little something about this years BB 200 and would welcome your input.

If you've ridden the BB 200 before I'm after are your 'words of wisdom'. It could be a single mantra to help get you through the tough bits or a collection of practical tips, anything to point those contemplating it for the first time in the right direction.
