Any good places to top up with food / water around Strata Florida or Llanwrtyd Wells?

Likely to be passing through the former very late and the later very early!

The pub just up the road from Strata Florida in Pontrhydfendigaid sorted us out with dinner on the BB200, the landlord let us camp in the garden and served us breakfast the next day as well

The do stop serving at either 9 or 10 though.

Llanwrtyd Wells there's the Spa, Belle Vue Hotel, Neuadd Arms, Stone Croft. Or, if they're all shut and/or you're boracic there's a water tap on the west side of the garage

In Bont the shop shuts at something helpful like 2pm on a Saturday.

If you're bound northwards along a certain 200 mile route, the garage at Ponterwyd stays open until 10pm.
