I saw these and was tempted to persuade a mate to try one as he hasn't got a bar bag, and I was thinking of one for use as a bum bag. Went for a reduced Montane Batpack instead.

I've got a pack like this (think mine is the Snugpak Response Pack)
Useful pack but haven't used mine in ages, mainly use it for bushcrafting duties. Would work as a bar bag with the right attachment, those straps used in the picture are just press stud poppers on mine so wouldn't hold, the other straps have side release buckles but not sure it would stretch round. There's plenty of webbing attachment points on it though, and a waist belt you could easily use as a back up
