Suggest me a backpack to replace this?

Post by redefined_cycles »

Sorry for being so 'needy' again. But, if anyone can then Shirley, the BB community can. This is one of my mates/client and his backpack. I've already gotten permission that I'd like to replace his backpack (pictured).

Please can someone suggest me something with plenty of pockets. Maybe a couple of side pockets for his (750ml) type drinks bottle. Other pockets for keys/wallet etc etc. It'll mainly hang off the back of the electrical wheelchair and it doesn't have to be bulky. Just needs to have enough capacity.

I'd say lots of pockets so he can ID where stuff is stored and direct his personal assistants appropriately. YKK zippers is a must, as is quality stitching and longevity.

Thoughts?

Edit: Image remastered and 3mb reduced. Slimline is better. The tubing sn't going into the Adidas bag but into it's own Philips device holdall.

Years ago I worked in a TNF store, these were always solid as a rock

Not sure what the modern one is like but a good starting point :-bd Has the YKK zippers too

Thanks Simon. Sounds daft (especially after me saying I wanted to grab him a gift/bag) but that's probably above my budget and would leave him with less pockets than currently.

Google 'fishing rucksacks' Shaf. They are all about storage and separate pockets and you don't pay for all the 'make it light and comfortable to carry' stuff.

Thanks. Sounds a plan. Been looking at Sportpursuit and I doubt I'd find one there. Thanks again both.

I use one of these as my work / laptop bag: https://preppersshop.co.uk/dutch-milita ... rUQAvD_BwE

It doesn't have side pockets fitted, but they're easy to fit using the MOLLE attachments if needed. Mine is the even cheaper (but scruffier) surplus version.
