Think the only other option with three pack mounts is a similar price, the Tumbleweed T-rack or mini pannier rack [just seen they're out of stock anyway]...otherwise you're looking at a tailfin alloy rack with those mounts, at an extra £100+.

Thanks for those suggestions.
Maybe the idea of three mounts on the rear isn’t as good as I’m thinking it to be

Is it not more metal bits to break Simon?voodoo_simon wrote: ↑Sat Mar 16, 2024 10:25 am Thanks for those suggestions.

I'm not getting stuff like that - looks a right faff to unstrap those bags - I'd just use a set of Ortleib front panniers on a normal rack
Re: Similar but cheaper (rear rack content)
Have you looked at the Ortileb fast rack & using their gravel duo panniers?

That’s my current setup, one front bag and one front pannier on the rear, but it rattles etc.fatbikephil wrote: ↑Sat Mar 16, 2024 8:20 pmIs it not more metal bits to break Simon?voodoo_simon wrote: ↑Sat Mar 16, 2024 10:25 am Thanks for those suggestions.

I’ll have a look, thanks

The issue that I’m trying to get around is only having 7 - 7 1/2 inches clearance on the saddle to tyre, so trying to come up with different solutions. Seems most saddles bags want 8-9 inches clearance (have a wildcat original harness but it’s just not quite working out for this setup)
Changed bikes last year and used to have an el mariachi, I put most stuff on the bars as I put a strut/bar in the forks to support the bag weight, but can’t do that on my current fork. I’m not carrying a lot either. Sleep setup is a phantom 32 bag, single skin one man tent (nature hike) and a synmat (which is the probably in the bulkier side).

Also tried the Altura rest bag but it’s just in the smaller side to what I need
