Is there anyone who makes custom welded TPU frame bags in the UK?

The closest you'll most likely find is the Apidura Rich. Or you coukd check out James Haydens waterproof bags, an Italian cottage maker (one lady show I think). He claims they're fully water proof and they're custom.

Alpkit make custom bags - at least I think they do?

I think Rich is after welded/waterproof. I believe he has good links with Aplkit also so maybe after a change or summat

I have two of their bags and am very impressed with them. Proper waterproof and both have come through heavy rain without shipping a drop. Lovely people to deal with as well.
