Having trouble getting PM from Outbox to Sent, ot sure if it is user error or some setting I am missing , can anyone give an idiots guide?
I have searched but cant find any info

It sits in the outbox until the recipient has read it I think.

This is correct. May seem odd but ultimately, it means that you know the other end has seen it (or not).It sits in the outbox until the recipient has read it I think.
