Want them for aero bars (not cos I’m aero
, just want to stop getting ulnar nerve pain) what’s the verdict on whether these are “strong” enough?

Well the wall thickness of the tubes is 3mm, the clamp bit heftier still; and the welds are nice and big so it would probably be fine....
I'd probably trust it for the arm rests so not sure if you could mount the forward extensions on the bars angled up and use this bracket for just the arm rests??
