It's a Tranz-X +RAD dropper. 30.9mm diameter and adjustable between 170-200mm drop without using any tools. No cable or lever, just the dropper in a plastic bag.
Yours for 50 quid plus a fiver posted (or you can collect in the central belt of Scotland and save the fiver). I think I paid about 60 for it posted to me.
I put it in the bike and realised it was wrong. Haven't fitted a cable or saddle to it. Other than that, it is brand new.
