So I thought I'd see how small a remote feed I could knock up. The normal RF stove is based on a 22g stove but this one's much smaller. The size means that the valve has to go in the centre rather than between the inner and outer wall, which has good and bad points - bad point = I've got to make a small stand to raise the stove off the ground to give the fuel inlet clearance. Good points = fuel valve can be closed with gravity rather than suction. The cool fuel has less effect on flame pattern / size when refueling.
'Tis quite small
Just need to lighten the vice off and it'll be reet!
Liking that Stu - stand in the second picture looks like it needs a little work to shed some more weight or is that used to clamp the hose and cut off the fuel?
