Climber's just reminded me of Pleasant Valley Sunday's lyrics. Which were rather a pisstake of the Normals TBH of course - in the same vein as My Pink Half Of The Drainpipe. Would Stu be happy to divulge his thinking behind this year's title? I guess we should just wait and try and work it out....
Right, Frankie Boyle's on in a minute....

Fairly tempted by this, never done a BB event before...assuming this is fairly relaxed and doesn't require heroic fitness, as you choose how much you want to do?

It's only the BB200/300 that have a specified route. The other events are just a series of grid refs provided by Stu that you may choose to visit should you wish.

Booked me train tickets so all set. Always get off/on at Caersws, thought about Mach instead this time but may well end up doing some of Mach-LBM route during that weekend so rejected that. Anyway, yet another opportunity to battle the sheet ice up/down Llawr-y-glyn in the dark.
Stu, any update on the Wynnstay situation please? I suppose I could just drop her an email - what's the landlady's name again? And talking of ladies of LBM, is Ms Baps still at Machinations / Caffi JoJo or have I just got totally confused as usual?

Just booked the luxury penthouse suite with jacuzzi and sauna at the Wynnstay for Friday 7th. Pauline said she recognised my name which is a bit worrying

So is the pub at the Wynnstay Arms the venue for drinks the night before?
I'm heading up for the WE but haven't ridden since the beginning of Sept cos of my knee and not sure how much i'll be able to handle on the event itself. Will treat it as a slow pootle to kick off another BAM attempt so some social drinks the night before would be good
