Forum Post of the Week

Post by Ian »

I thought this would be fun new thing to introduce to the forum.

In recent months, I'd read some great forum posts that I've found either funny, interesting or inspiring and at the time they really stood out in my mind. Sadly, I haven't been able to remember all of them, but at the time they were my "Posts of the Week".

It doesn't matter in which sub-forum it was posted, but the idea is the winner of a Post of the Week gets to choose their Post of the Week for the following week and so on.

To keep track of it all, you link the thread the post was made in and quote the person who said whatever it was that made your Post of the Week.

Here's some examples:

Me: Do you worry about me when I'm out on my own ?

Dee: Honestly ?

Me: Yes

Dee: Do I f**k

Hi I'm Matt, I'm fast, not stubborn and a silent sleeper. I hate jokes and humour though. I'm into super pure endurance and would frown upon extend pub stops.

and so on. I thought it'd be good over time to compile a list of great posts on the forum, be it images, funny stuff or snippets of helpful and inspiring stuff.

So, on Sunday night I'll post up my Post of the Week for this week and in doing so nominate the person to choose their Post of the Week for next week. I already have one in mind, but we'll see if anything else gets posted in the meantime to better it :D

I imagine there'll be room for banter and discussion in between as well ;)
