Chilterns Winter Bivvy: 15 Dec
Dunno how to edit the title: Sat 14 December ... i think
Soz if someone has already asked this question, but who’s in for a third instalment of the fabulous CWB? I’d like to kip at Sams field again (near Little Kimble) if he’ll have us but will bow to pressure if others would prefer something different.
Show of hands?

15 Dec is a Sunday night, Tim. Are you intending a late pub meet, followed by a quick-and-dirty bivi and a bleary-eyed pedal into work
?
If so, there's a vague possibility. There's many balls to be juggled that weekend.
Or have you just typed the wrong date?

"There's many balls to be juggled" - now THAT sounds an interesting party I have to admit.

I might be able to do this one. Would prefer to head up to the Long Mynd again but it’s a long round trip and with a 5 month old baby things are tricky at the moment...
No guarantees but this is an hour from home so doable, maybe
I’ll keep my eye on the thread
Edit - by this one I mean the Saturday night

Work xmas do on the Friday so aint going to want to travel Sat, so local Chiltern ride would be bang-on
The round house was amazing but also quite happy with local woods.

Never knowingly under biked...

Better book a pub for dinner. Last year Dr Nick and I went here: https://thethreecrownsaskett.co.uk/inde ... table-bar/
Food was plentiful and good value, but there is also a classic Chilterns pub restaurant on site, where it is expensive and paltry ... no brainer then eh?
I'm thinking we take the same route as 2017, starting at Tring about 12 noon on Saturday.
Who's in?

TBD, oh man, I'd love to commit but dislocated a finger at the weekend on a trip to the Edale (rider over confidence
) and I'm not sure when I'm going to be back on the bike. I'll keep you posted, but not forgotten you chap.

Tim, I'm still game but only have a greenish tinged light at the moment, I'm optimistic though. Can't remember where Sam's place is now, but it might be easier on my part if I drop the car near there so I can make a quicker exit in the morning. I can ride around to meet you or anyone else wherever the appropriate point is though
