Not afraid of a bit of controversy me: 'traffic increases to fill up the road space available' unfortunately . Good excuse for a bit of buildings infill now as well.

Ive travelled through Newtown regularly over the past 25 years to visit my parents who lived near Lampeter. Sat in traffic too many hours to remember in Newtown.
Now theyve moved to Ironbridge and I'll probably never get to 'bypass' Newtown.
FYI, when heading back from the WRT, there was a Heddlu waiting at the top in the layby on the two lane section (cue some very heavy braking on my behalf ).
Just a heads up for anyone else who may slip on the right pedal a bit sometimes
