What counts as 'tea time' in Wales?

During the summer months, something happens here called 'Welsh Time'. It effects the days time-frame and means things don't generally happen until later than you imagine they will. When you check, what you think is 6.00 is actually 8.30 or 9.00 ... let's say sometime around 6.00pm.
