Eppynt Ranges

Does anyone know if you can normally get from Llandeillo'r Fan to the Tirabad road. ? Cycle.travel has plotted me a route through there despite it being in the Danger Area. I know that the road from Llywel to Tirabad is usually open but this looks interesting, and I have done the bit of the Big Bear that goes through Halfway Forest nearby. Cheers .
