A lump of rubber for a saddle and brakes not known for their svelteness aren't helping your cause either
However, your choice of seat harness and frame bag are highly commendable though

Mines looking around 35-36lbs at the moment, though I'm really not sure where all the weight is coming from :/

Can't see me winning this year, as I'll be doing gentlemanly thing of carrying the bulk* of the load for my good lady wife
*bulk being a relative term, it'll still be a fairly slim setup.

I'm not gonna be trying to be superlightweight or anything, but I'm fully expecting my setup to weigh less than some of these I've just seen

My Fortitude has also come out at 37lbs... Have to add the 10lbs in the rucksack though...

Weighed as desperately throwing stuff into bags... definitely on the high end of that list at the moment at ~57lbs. Don't even really know if that's everything either.
