More cupboard clearing out...45Nrth boots

Ok- possibly wrong time for these now the weather has perked up. But whilst clearing out the cupboards at work I've come across 2 pairs of 45Nrth boots.

These have been tried on in the shop, but not used or had cleats fitted. The boxes are a bit damaged after having some heavier stuff piled on top of them.

Anyway-

1 x Pair 45Nrth Japanthers, size 43 (word of warning these seem to come up pretty snug on people so are probably more of a 42 size really).

£80 ono. I used a set of these at xmas pushing my bike round the top of the HTR550 route and they were toasty. None of the usual frostnip/chilblains I get.

How does 45nrth shoe sizing compare to shimano? I'm a 41 in shimano..
