Recommendations for patching silnylon

Never put up your hammock / tarp when drunk

Couple of very small tears on the edge. Looking for advice on the best no-sew solution to stop them getting any worse.

Duct tape??? I was going to say those iron-on Gore-tex patches but don't think silnylon would like the hot iron?
