Uhm, unless things become tropical in the next 24 hours, you might expect white stuff down to 300m, especially anywhere facing west.

The view from 'The Towers' 2 minutes ago looking east :-bd

Luckily, the forecast for the weekend is looking fairly good - not warm but not too miserable. Another stroke of good fortune was the decision to head towards the coast ... you just have to get there, it's like the promised land

Let's hope after last years wet WRT and this weekends forecast, that in 2017 it will go back to the late May Bank Holiday

Who knows ... feel like I'm jinxed either way.

Anyway, shame you can't make it John ... we've got some Cambium saddles to give away thanks to Shona and Rich :-bd

I know the forecast is wet, but it's also looking warm now. Reckon most of that snow will have gone by Sunday morning - but we'll see...

I went for a pootle round Swinley earlier. It flipped between hot and cold, with various intervals of sun, rain, sleet and hail.

Might be more interesting in Wales, I quite like the idea of riding around in snow!

After a damper than expected start the sun is now out so hopefully everyone will be dry by the time they reach the seaside (or wherever it is they've decided to go) :-bd
