Attaching cages to suspension forks

As above ,I've only got 1 bottle mount on my MTB frame so looking at other options till I buy a long distance bike packing bike .
Was thinking p clamps ?

Stem cells are a good option, I can securely carry a 1l nalgene bottle in mine.

Saw Tracey Petervary on Facebook today using cages on her fox forks, so p clips seem possible

I used the Elite mounts on my sus forks and they were fine on my last trip.

I also picked up some rubber mounts from Decathlon when I was in there a couple of weeks ago. Not tried them yet though.

I've tried the Decathlon mounts and found the only way I could stop them moving was by using jubilee clips. No way would I use them on forks as they are, it's just asking for trouble.

Maybe I got some dodgy ones. I remember them being too loose on one hole so stretched them to the next one and the rubber lost its elasticity.

Do you really want to be putting jubilee clips round your frame if you don't have to? I like King stuff generally but that really doesn't look like the neatest solution out there.

I would use them on my forks, I think using jubilee clips is a solid way for attaching cages to forks without bosses, just protect your forks with some tape first. Attaching bottle bosses to the jubilee clips just seems like a neat improvement on this method to me. I'm in no rush so will wait and see how they pan out but king have a good reputation for solid gear so I 'm guessing these will be good to go ?

Tell ya the truth I'm still at that stage in my forum life where I ask questions first ,then realise I could have search shop or reviews .the gorilla system in the shop looks like what I need

My Jones unicrown forks have a single boss for rack mount, I use this and jubilee clip and it's rock solid. Ugly though. I use an old inner tube to protect the paintwork. I've previously used cable ties with a Salsa anything cage, also solid.
