Great idea ,me and my wife look after 3 guys with learning difficulties and finding things for them to do can be hard ,I think if you was planning something keep it real simple ,you will have to jump a few hoops but once it's done it's done ,the whole learning difficulties title cover a real wide spectrum of capabilities so could get complicated but very rewarding
