If you like your cycling jersey really tight, choose your normal size but if you like to be able to breathe at the top of a long, steep climb, I'd advise going one size up and if you're chunkier than the average bear, maybe go up two - manufacturers size guide on the order page.
Ladies - there is a chance that we can get some female cut jerseys but due to low numbers and the fact they're a different material they're likely to be a few quid more and only available in short sleeve.
