Twixmas
No I'm not proposing a bizarre homage to a chocolate bar - apparently it the 'name' for the bit between Christmas and new year.
I'm free (boyless) on the 27th until the afternoon of the 29th . . . Anyone fancy a little jaunt? Open to suggestion

Re: Twixmas
I am thinking a bothy is the way forward - so that narrows it down to Wales, Scotland or the lakes - but I'm guessing Scotland is out for most on distance grounds . . .
