A bithy in November, a cross between a bivvy and a bothy

Post by Farawayvisions »

I've never slept in a bothy, but I discovered this place only 25 miles from home, a kind of pop-up bothy, but not really. So I've called it a bithy, somewhere between a bivvy and a bothy. It was last Saturday, that freezing cold night in November and my last chance to get out before I head to Cuba.

Great write up! is there any more information about the observatory? I would love to go when it is in Burton Bradstock I've ridden that way from Weymouth before and a night in a bothy would be a great addition.
