How weird is that?
I was just out for my first training ride preparing for the World Championship Beach Race over in Holland that I've been invited to attend (on my fat bike against pro racers on Monster Cross Beach Racers ) and when down in the aero position today I though, a bar end fitted just on the front of the loop would be great.
I should have ridden to the copyright office on the loop

If he's making a bar end with a double bolt opening (which it must be to go on a loop bar) then great; nobody else does. However, I suspect a bar end with a Jones logo will be priced significantly above my 'oooh lets give that a try' level.
That's the monsters I was on about, half the weight of my Fat Bike ridden by riders half my age and half my weight

Spotted this problem when I dug out my old bar ends

I quite often rest my forarms on the bars to give my hands a rest and after about 10 mins my neck starts killing me. Fine for a 40k TT but not for anything else
I have some old profile aero mini clip-ons that have a 2pc split clamp, they have been offered up to the front of my loop bars but never used. I did find I could get into an aero position just by resting on the bar with a sort of arms-crossed position, works ok on road. Just not a nice position to pedal in for me, if the seated position is as comfy as it can be then the aero thing doesn't feel good. Depends on the bike I expect. That English bike looks like it has a good solution with the arm rests further back, can see that being comfier.
I had this set up on my j bars for a while....it was good, but looked knobby! I then just fitted some tiny power studs to the hooks, which are really good and look ok too....
