tight tyers help!

I've got a set of stans iron cross wheels I'm trying to fit on one gravle tyers with no luck at all theres about 5inches of tyers I cannot get on the rim. I'm heading its something stupi on my behalf. Wheels http://www.superstarcomponents.com/en/s ... dition.htm

Make sure both beeds on the opposite side from the last 5" your trying to get on are right in the hollow bit of the rim, a wee bit of washing up liquid applied to the last 5" might help. (I hate explaining stuff in text) :|

95% of my tyre removing/fitting I do without leavers.
