Anyway, a parcel from Wildcat today. Another fine example of how cunning use of straps can make bikepacking kit so much better - a Mtn Lion harness.
Anyone set one up on a Loop bar / Truss fork combo? It's intended for the road bike but it has more potential than that, I'm sure there's a cunning way to make the Truss triangulation spans work well with the harness lower tension straps.

Thanks James. Let me know how you get on with the truss fork. We've looked at and think it should fit in the way you describe, but have never had opportunity to try it ourselves.

Small but sweet

Perfect for connecting my Garmin to the Kemo. The Up Angle Mini B plug means the cable comes out at a better angle and it would be good for those running their GPS on a stem too.

Mine are a whole 4g heavier than that

Unsure whether to cut them down to 660mm or not. 710mm seems really quite wide...

I put them on the scale the other way around they were 290g. So maybe turn them around?

I'm gonna start full width, ride them for a while and see, once you cut you can't put it back, and that's at least £20 worth of crabon!
