I think I have some hubs... I'll have a look in the garage/my room this evening.

Might even have a spare fork (steel and heavy as a heavy thing, but you could have had it FOC) kicking about...but i have a feeling that might have gone the way of the world.

I have some suspension forks. I might have a set of mismatched brakes if that helps. You can have them. I'm based near Huddersfield

How cheap is cheap?
I have two forks - Fox 130RL dating back to 2008, and Reba RL dual air from 2012 (I think) with poploc (set at 80mm travel at the moment - they will go up to 120mm by taking the spacers out). As far as wheels go I have a set of with 32h SLX disc hubs built onto Mavic 717 rims. All are in pretty good nick. I've had the both forks apart this year for servicing, the stanchions look very clean and unmarked, some knocks and scratches on the lowers and crowns but nothing to bad.
I'd guess the forks are worth £100 or so, wheels maybe £60.

We’re gonna need snacks

Just to add to the confusion I have a pair of Rock Shok Reba's from 2010ish, taken from a Cotic Soda so I think they are around 120mm travel with 190mm of steerer left - £100.

I've also got a pair of Mavic 717 on Hope hubs, about 10 years old but they still spin well - £80.

Thinking about it I've also got a Avid Elixir 1 hydraulic front brake, needs bleeding (not surprisingly) with 150mm ish of hose - £20.

Edit - Its a back brake not a front one.

Having a further think I have a 26" Rabbithole wheel on a Hope hub which has never been used and is surplus to requirements - £170ish.

Edit No 2 - 1500mm not 150, yesterday was a long day.

I've got a spare set of 26 in wheels sat about (never used)
You can gladly have them in return for beer tokens and a few savoury snacks?

(there in a friends garage at the moment and when he moves i'll have to find a new home for them anyway)

Sorry Dave, had a couple of bonty hubs in reasonable nick, but they're 24 hole. Sounds like there's more offers for wheels here though.

I'll have a trawl through my box of random bike bits at the weekend. Do you need anything else? I've got things like seatposts, saddles, random 26" tyres I probably have more than I need (some part worns you can have FOC) etc.

Not used them for ages but they were working fine when I put them in the loft.

£50. Can bring them on the weekend.

Thanks very much everyone.

I've pm'd a couple of you on forks and wheels that I know I can get to in order to collect. Saves leaving you hassled to post stuff.
I'll get in touch with anyone else if those dont work out.

Cheers

Dave

I've still got those brakes you gave me ages ago in my cupboard. Would they work for the builds?

You know what, they might do if you're not using them I could have a go.
Best of luck for the weekend mate.
