Tryed the search functions on here but can't find any links to fabric suppliers in the UK for stuff suitable to use for frame bags. Any help please a friends wife wants to have a go at supplying the new recruits I've mustered for WRT. cheers

Try these two, they've pretty much got everything between them.

Yeah, the VX21 fabric is the one you want really if you are looking at making luggage. That German site also stocks the nice waterproof zips iirc.

If it works out cheaper, I'd be interested in putting a small order in too if you want to split postage costs.

I was waiting to order some when they got new colours in - and notice they now have the blue again - all they had for a while was lime green or black.

if anyone is putting and order together soon - and maybe lives near Sheffield and wants to split costs i would be happy to. Although their postage costs aren't a patch on Rockywoods from the states!

Adjustablewench, I'm up for that; I'm in Lincoln but come through Sheffield fairly often to get into the Peaks so could work well.

If you can give me a week I'll sort out what I need, and work out if it will actually be any cheaper :)

Do you know what you're ordering?

Hi Antony,

I have registered an account and have a basketfull of stuff - but was just waiting for the different colours to come in.

Will go on later and let you know - think the postage came to £16 euros or there abouts.

Happy to sort so you can collect from Shef, i need to get my finger out as i need bags for April!

Will private message you later - have just noticed we can do that now!
