as some of you may know, i have been a bit unwell for the last few years, but, NOW I AM MENDED........
and boy am i gonna do me some riding, so please post me some pics, of your bike or you, but in some nice inspirational place....heck even down the local trail.

Tony should know where it is
It featured on the Tour d Yorkshire route and will probably feature on the ride i'll put on later in the year for Yetiman around Hebden (fingers crossed it stays dry).

Charity bike ride today around "The Gap" different sort of Inspiration for this one.... TBH i found it very comfortable to ride in
