My home brewed yellow frame bag (see http://bearbonesbikepacking.co.uk/phpBB ... 088#p41621) weighs in at 150 g. X-Pac VX21, Velcro, two watertight zips, rubber opening for water or electronics, removable divider and net pocket on one side.
You always win, when you myog. Just made a tent floor for my girlfriends Locus Khufu for our upcoming long walks. 200 g, 130 x 225 cm incl. corner struts and guy lines. Made of wonderfull chikara PU. I also made a framebag for my Enduro using chikara PU. It's only small due to the shape of the frame and takes a mat, spare tubes and not much more but weighs in at 40 g! Chikara is dead easy to work with
