Some time ago, Stu sent me some leftover fabric so I could have a go at making a frame bag for Sally.
I was hoping to have it ready in time for the trip to Holland, but as I was left to do all the prep for this trip as Dan disappeared to Denmark, I ran out of time. It's not finished yet, but since he was away, I decided to look around the house and see what I could use to waterproof the kit. I chopped up his yellow gore tex rain jacket. Here's a couple of pics of the project so far.

I'm thinking about making my own frame bag aswell.
P. S. I hope he doesn't find out you chopped his jacket up though!

He knows about it now.Bike Man wrote:P. S. I hope he doesn't find out you chopped his jacket up though!
I've got a bit of rework to do as it's a bit fat and I need to integrate the velcro fastening as the stuff I have is white which needs to be hidden. I'm not into a black bag with white velcro. I have plans.
