A new camera for bikepacking to replace the appalling Lumix FT25 that I took along on the HTR.

Pristine TiGoat bivi from Nathan / Hoojum yesterday.

Briefly wondered if someone had sent me a potato when I first saw the package :-/

Yesterday, a £23 pair of Sidi Laser Vernice carbon disco slippers for the road bike from the Pbk sale. Cheapest price I'd seen elsewhere was £160!

Pro bike kit did a 90% off sale on Sunday on selected items. I posted it in the bargain thread.
Few weird sizes but some good bargains. Got a sportful jersey for £6.50 and a endura baa merino zipped base layer for £5.50, although endura is out of stock and didn't get delivered so I'm expecting that to be cancelled and refunded at some point.

All the good stuff had gone long before the final whistle! I logged it and had a choice of XXS bib tights, casual merino top and a pair of road spd shoes.

Yeah, I ordered as soon as I saw the link on STW and then posted here.

A Go Pro clone from China - SJ4000. Bought it after watching the reviews on Techmoan.

Initial impressions look good. Full set of mounts for every situation I can think of. Ordered it with a 32gb SD card, chest mount and 2 extra batteries. With delivery, it was around £80 all in and no duty.

Got it from here:

This morning the postie dropped off an Ocelot bag from Beth at Wildcat. This was generously donated into the WRT raffle by Wildcat and won by yours truly. Perfect fit for the new Pegasus build.

Some poles from Stu, just in time for some holiday :) (also awaiting a new intake manifold for the car so I can get away!)

Anyway, popped them on the scales first as you do, 120g for the 1.15m + 0.70m combined.

I'm taking tentative steps towards the dark side, so these http://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/SHCRIMUR/c ... urban-shoe
arrived today :D
They seem quite solid with a nice grippy sole for hike a bike bits
I shall report back on how they stand up

Just got an Exped SynMat UL 7 small in the post. It's great, packs tiny, and is comfy to lay on on my side even on the stone kitchen floor.

Sleeping arrangements all sorted now. Will be out testing soon.

Most of a 2x10 drivetrain - front mech, cassette and chain from CRC (thanks to the various recent discount codes) and 24-36 Middleburn chainrings from STW - upgrade for my 29er to go with the rear mech, shifters and RS7 cranks I already had.

Another set of RS7s to go on the 'cross bike, 170mm this time, to sort this less macho/more custom gearing out.

Oh, and a pair of Endura Singletracks to replace the 6 year old ones I just ripped the backside out of last week.

And an Alpkit Airlok Dual and a couple of pairs of their discounted socks...

...It's like Christmas in 'ere :)
