Tomorrow we head off towards Wales as we make our way to Holyhead for the ferry to Ireland. I've got the jitters and doing some major procrastinating. http://www.farawayvisions.com/last-minute-nerves/
Does this happen to anyone else or is it just me?
Depends on the trip really, if I have accommodation booked, then I'm fine. If it's a wild camp, then a do get a little worried I won't find a quiet spot.
I normally get to the airport 3 hours before a flight though but in my defence, I do like airports and watching aircraft take off/land
WAW will be fine. Is it just the Donegal section you are riding? So beautiful up there but a bit hilly.
Went to school in Mayo but a good distance from the sea. Lucky to have cycled, walked, run or driven lots of it.
Have a great time.

I've decided to ditch the camping gear so I've no cause to worry about where to sleep and someone has to be a plane spotter.
Blackdog, I'm from the Donegal coast and I'm wondering if that's one of the reasons I'm a bit apprehensive. It's the combination of wind and rain that's scariest. I've sailed, cycled, walked and driven much of the WAW but it's different this time. One more night in my own bed before I go. Time for some zzzzzz. I plan to have much fun.
