Finally got a quickie done last night , learnt loads for next time . Gonna try a few different ideas later in the garden . Final tally's 32miles ridden, 3 hours riding, 197m ascended with about 7 hrs sleep . Bring it on ...

Great. The more you do it, the more "normal" it becomes and the more efficient you get at it.
