Wanted …. Hope shifter adaptor

Bit of a long shot but does anyone have a shimano (10sp) adaptor for old hope Tech levers in their spares bin?
Think the part numbers HBSP 263

I’m running out of options as I can’t find any online anywhere

I have a hope shimano one and iirc its a flat bar to connect with 3 holes, is that the right one ?

Yes thats what i need
Going to need 2 but will take anything i can get
