Have you had a browse through https://whatbars.com/ yet? You can sort the list by rise or sweep.
FWIW, I love Stooge Motos - 38mm rise, 17° sweep.

Mentioned elsewhere, just got some VO Seine bars...similar to Motos which I love. Not ridden them yet, but decent backsweep and rise...EDIT 40mm rise, 35 degree sweep, so more sweep!

Tumbleweed Persuaders have 50mm rise and either 20º or 30º of sweep, depending on the model.

I just went from Kyotes to the 20º Persuaders, trimmed down to 780mm and like them very much. The Kyotes didn't play nicely with bar bag or roll. The Cumbrian wrote: ↑Thu May 01, 2025 4:33 pm Tumbleweed Persuaders have 50mm rise and either 20º or 30º of sweep, depending on the model.

Withtout all the
Comes in carbon and alloy flavour.
SQ labs have bars with 12° or 16° backsweep, all in 15, 30 or 45 mm rise. Not my cuppa, but a good friend loves them for non-tech riding.

Stooge moto bar is the one. 800mm, 38mm rise and 17degree backsweep...so comfy.

Kinda related, just spotted these on STW. Grips that add 3° by way of being internally angled. https://www.freewheel.co.uk/pro-e-contr ... -prsgp0077
