FS Spares/repairs Miss Grape Handbar harness/bag

Post by redefined_cycles »

All proceeds to the forum. Give me (ie the forum) whatever you like. Higher is better as it is a high quality bit of kit and with some thought voukd be repaired.

Just needs some rethreading after you purchase the spare parts from Miss Grapes shop. Bought it for about £50 used but never realised it had them 2 tabs on their way out (my bad and what happens when you wait 8 months before using summat).

Postage at cost (into my pocket please) and even if someone wished to cut off all the tabs and keep it as a drybag I would say it's fantastical for that too.

When I say rethreading I mean properly with machine or high quality hand and needle stuff.

One side actually broken and the other side fractured so I doubt it would last too long.

Such a pity and I'm sure Miss Grape would have fixed the issue on future versions!!

Hi Shaf

How much are you thinking. What has broken, do you know if they do a replacement. I will take it anyway even if it's just the dry bag as I have some voile straps 👍👍😁.

Let me know how to send you the money and how much.

Cheers Stu

Thanks Stu. I will let you contact Stu and discuss with him how much to send for the bag mate. I'd rather not know as it breaks my heart having paid decent money for it but then not using it for over half a year and then finding out the faults.

I do think they sell spare parts last I checked but it looks a right fiddly job. Yes, using as a drybag is a fantastic idea but the fastenings are a bit weird and they appear to work/attached horizontally (in the ling plain) than in the short plain.

Regards postage. Pam me pls Stuart.
