Wtd 120mm forks

Post by Al »

I have a nice pair of 100mm Reba in the shed (non boost)

I need a 120mm pair for a new build for my other half

I'm thinking by the time I've forked out (sorry) for a service and swap the air shaft I might be able to pick up something second hand.

Anyone?

I've got a ~2013 Revelation 29er 140mm fork (non-boost 20mm axle) with a tapered steerer. They're in good condition, and seemed to work fine only the other week when I was musing again about what to do with them. I'm certain they can be dropped to 120mm but wouldn't know exactly what was required.

I'm unlikely to rebuild my hardtail trail bike again (being old and soft now), so a pair of 100mm Rebas to put on a bike for my son might be just the ticket. Fancy a swap?

29er - sorry should have said.

Think I'd pass on the revelation. Tring to sort this without having to faff about adjusting travel. Cheers though
Need a 15mm axle as well or will also have to factor in new endcaps.

If it's a Hope hub I could include 20mm end caps as I'd have no further use for them, but no problem if 140 travel is no good.

Good luck with the search.
